Is it strange that my two-year-old boy loves to play with My Little Ponies? I have probably 6 of the new ones, and 6 of the original ones (not mine - they're home in Arizona in a box, and have been trimmed, puff-painted and nail-polished beyong recognition in a few cases - I got these at the thrift store and cleaned them up), and he loves to play with him. And I don't want to let him! Not because he's a boy, but because he really messes up their hair! But I love Reilly, and that is why there are My Little Ponies attacking each other on the main level of Lydia Kimball's old dollhouse right now...

Man I miss My Little Ponies. I don't think any of mine survived my growing up years. Guess I'll just have to buy more when Pint-Sized Princess finally gets big enough to play.

Isaac loves to play with all of Lydia's girl stuff. His favorite thing of hers at the moment is her blue cinderella dress. i know he's little and chances are pretty good he won't end up to be a cross dresser, but it is kind of concerning. at least the ponies were fighting like GI joes or something.
I can give you guys some comfort, they will grow out of it. Just take pictures of them for future bribing purposes and for their Senior Yr yearbook. LOL
Joseph just to dress up and play ballet with Emma. Now he is ALL boy! Thomas now wears Olivia Barbie shoes and carries her Dora purse around.
I haven't seen your blog in awhile. Bad me!!! FYI, My boys LOVE My little Ponies. Sierra likes them too. We have started her collection and the kids love playing with them. Maybe put some TMNT into the scene and you can have Turtles riding Ponies. How cool is that? :)
